The Strategy for implementing an Enterprise 2.0 solution in the business environment starts with mapping tools with the organizational structure and the existing business process.  Adoption will increase when users intuitively understand the structure and see immediate benefits of integrating these tools into their process.  Great Enterprise 2.0 solutions do not replace, but integrate.
