The United States Air Force Raises the Social Media Bar

Happy Fav Five Friday!

new-media-and-the-air-forceAll I can say is WOW! I am really glad you are here. I seem to jump all over the place with Enterprise 2.0, Social Media, and Government 2.0. I try to include a little something for our wide audience of web strategist, developers, designers, government followers, and social media folks. In a previous post we covered some points on the difference between Enterprise 2.0 and Social Media. Today I would like to share some amazing things our government agencies and warfighters are doing with Social Media. I really want you to watch the video, so I won’t ramble on. David did a great job sharing the news of USAF doing Social Media, which was brought to my attention by @krazykriz I included 5 key resources for your social media web strategy below. Also remember to take a look the “New Media and The Air Force” ebook on social media. They did an AMAZING job on this and it’s packed full of resources to help get your organization started with social media.
